Order #1669 issue

Hey, I ordered the subwoofer box and sub combo on Monday April 27th.

I received the Box today, but have not received the woofer. I was only given one tracking number, and that was for the box.

My credit card was charged for the whole purchase.

Can you help me out? If possible I would just like to cancel the Subwoofer, as I need to get this done tonight since I have a car show tomorrow and I can just go buy a subwoofer tonight.

I will check into this and find out what's going on. I do see that you were refunded for an amplifier wiring kit. That was what you wanted, right?

Well, the amplifier kit went out of stock so that's is why that was refunded.

If you find out that the subwoofer just didn't ship its no big deal, I would just like a refund on that aswell.

I was able to get everything installed with an old kicker 10" that I had laying around.

In regards to the box, it fit great and is of great quality. I would def. recommend the box to anyone who asks.

The sub got picked up today and should be on it's way there. We arn out of the low profile Tang Band 10" subs aroudn the time you were ordering. It should be at your door in the next few days.

So if it was out of stock when I ordered, why wasn't I refunded the amount for the subwoofer like I was for the wiring kit?

At this point I do not need the subwoofer, and asked in previous posts if this could be refunded. I am assuming that I am outta luck at this point?

I also noticed that the amount charged for the subwoofer and box combo was $129.99.

I was wondering if this amount was correct also, since at the time I ordered, the box itself was on sale for $39.99, which would mean I payed $90.00 for the tang band which sells for around $80.00 by itself.

The wiring kit was on back order for a long time. The subwoofer just had to come from the warehouse. We have various sales at various prices.
