So I ordered a tri point strut tower bar on April 1.

I still have not received it. If this is an indicator of the kind of service we can expect I don;t think I will be ordering anything else from EMS. I would have thought after waiting a month and a half it would be 2nd day or something.

Just got back into town today. Should be on the delivery truck here in a couple hours.

Hey what gives here. I was sent an E-mail over a week ago that says that the bar shipped. I logged into your website and the status said shipped. Are you now telling me that you are just now shipping it. Why can't I get a straight answer about when this thing will actually arrive at my house? I have now been waiting 8 full weeks and I still don't know when or if I will ever get anything. This is ridiculous at this point. Has it shipped or Not?????

I would honestly expect that you 2nd day air that thing to me to make up for this terrible service I have received to this point.

Please tell me and the community what we can expect as far as service goes in the future.

I will be sending an E-mail to your service department requesting a tracking number.

the bars arrived to us in bare form without anysort of polishing or buffing. This was not expected, as they were supposed to arrive buffed. We got a few boxes read and labeled and ready to go and then realized the problem. Luckily we caught it in time and were able to buff them here ourselves before they went out. That's why you saw a shipping email and never got it. But it is now out and on the delivery truck and you should have it soon.
