STILL LOOKING FOR ORDER 1686

I'm starting to get a little bitter. Verified the address was correct, verified that money was taken from my Credit Card. so where is my stuff? I am trying to be patient, however the need for the part I ordered has grown from "I need it but it can wait" to "I really need it now" so please get me my order or give me a refund. IF I don't hear back by Close of Business on Friday I will never do business with EMS again and will tell everybody I know not to do business and tell them why.

I've already requested a chargeback on my Discover card. This company is the worst I've had to deal with in all my years of buying parts for cars. I've never seen a company that doesn't respond to it's customers this way. Would it be so hurting to just TELL people what's going on?

Oh well, I'll finish putting my stock intercooler stuff back on the car this week and just forget about modding the car.

I mean other mr2 owners who might not be on the board. When I purchased my gauge pod from him a while ago it came very quickly and had no problems. I understand he had an accident and needs time to recover, but he could have somebody help him out making a few phone calls.

Good thing. He's got mass problems on the other board. From what I read on the other board, Bak is refusing to come on the mr2oc board and does not have the funds currently to do refunds. He hopes to refund one at a time.

wow i don't know how long you waited but I know ems has had problems and you would think people would give him a chance to respond since he is selling parts to many mr2 owners. Hence why he can't get back to everyone at once just my .02 You can flame him all you want but take into consideration that sometimes its hard for people to respond in hard times dunno thats just me though.
