Unhappy Scared of lost money

I along with many other people have ordered and waited months asking for at least a response and at this point i am just curious if every has this much trouble. I am not trying to be disrespectful its just that i am worried Ive been duped. Id like to hear any successes story's at this point or a better way to contact him.

I'm in the same boat as you. No response in quite some time. He had told me there was an issue with UPS holding packages, but that was about a week and a half ago and it was supposedly straightened out then...

I was trying to resist posting up about it, but the lack of response, and being about 2.5 mo. without my money or product is on my nerves... I hope this stuff gets straightened out soon.

We're still here, money is definitely not lost. The order is held up due to the engine lid fan shrouds. We expected them in about 6-8 weeks ago and they've still not come in from our laser cutter/ powder coater. I'm expecting them in by the end of this month. Your order will ship as soon as they get here. Sorry for the delay.

It did take a long time to get a response, but Baktash did come through. i got all my stuff and everything looks just fine. Thanks again

Angry Ive waited another month need new excuse

Its the end of September and i still have yet to receive my parts if you dont have them send me the money and give me what you do have.

Sorry for the delay. The fan shrouds are complete. I have to make a trip up to the manufacturer to get them. I'll be heading up there with a trailer this weekend to pick them up and your order should be shipping next week.

Angry whats the hold up

i need a new email i guess because you never respond.... in the case your e mail is now bad you said my order was all together and shipping 2 weeks ago is that even true or did you just need more time like i said what ever part you dont have anymore i dont want just my money back if this is going to carry on

Angry REFUND NEED

Like I have said in my last thread I want a refund i have not received my shipped parts that have "already shipped" 17 days ago and im tired of waiting for responses. Order number 1786

Exclamation Buyer beware

I want to let all who are thinking of ordering any parts from EMS that as cheap and nice as the parts are.... its only as good as if you get them. Every month its a new excuse, that is if they even respond. Ive been constantly told they'll get back to me later that night or week and only responds after multiple emails. Now after being completely fed up and ask for a refund in 2 different post im ignored. Good luck...

John, not sure why you keep opening a new thread every time you want to post. As in my numerous responses to your emails and to this thread the engine lid fan shrouds were being manufactured and the 4 orders (including yours) that we had for them were on hold until we got the next batch in. I was in Dallas yesterday and today picking up the batch finally and they're now here and should be shipping on Monday. I cannot issue a refund for your full order because part of your order has already been shipped. If you are not able to see the replies to this thread, or my replies to your emails then please call instead. I am PMing you both the office number and my cell number.
