Stuck...on my mk1.5...AGAIN

Im 85% complete with my mk1.5 project, but i have gotten stuck...again. My fuel pump isnt sending fuel. I don't know what to look for. My fuel pump is a brand new walbro pump. Everything was wired up okay. I don't know whether its the ecu, the wiring, or a defective pump. Is their any fuses for the fuel pump relay? Oh, the wiring was done by Phoenix Tuning.

maybe your cor didn't wire up correctly. Have you try to jump the fuel with a constant 12v see if it run?
