I've seen several like that, and it's still a stout setup. I wouldn't prefer it over the complete Gen3 setup, but it's better than the complete Gen1 setup.

Not Really It Has quite a kick to it being no boost controller yet and just a down pipe with small exhaust plumbing.
In Japan They have been doing that for quite some time now with the Gen3 swaps over there. Don't know why but the GenIII conversion took Place in Japan before it was shipped to Canada Before my Buddy John Purchased it and brought it to Florida.
It is said they With Gen2 wiring it has more tuning capabilities if Piggybacked I think. I forget all the technical reasoning.

Toyracr92, where was your buddy with the 3VZ turbo widebody? I was hoping he'd be there so I could see what kind of power he's putting down.

that's a personal decision, but as far as i'm concerned piggybacks are worthless and i despise them

in any event, i was mostly referring to the capability of hitting over 300whp on a mostly stock setup...being that the gen3 ecu was optimized for 540's instead of the gen2 440's...speed density setup to rid of the restrictive afm in higher hp applications, i'm sure it feels like any other gen3 with no boost controller, but he's still restricted to running super rich (if he's using stock 540's on the 440 rev2 ecu).

IMO the tuning/Fuel advantages of the gen3 is what i consider to be worth buying, not so much everything else such as the head, turbo, intake mani, etc.

Are you TRD sponsored? I like the color scheme.

I don't run with any club, I just go on my own to have some fun. With the TRD i got the graphics long time ago and I even emailed them but they just want us to buy stuff from them but they don't sponsor.

THWAM--- I don't know what Happened to Justin with the V6WideBody

He never replied back to my email the Week of the meet. But its My Badd for Loosing his phone number. I really wanted to see how it would perform on the dyno as well. I'll get him to do one and video it i guess- whenever he's available.
Next time I guess.
