I showed up with my MR2board stickers on the car, and sporting my mr2board shirt with wheelspecs beanie

The second day was the wheelspecs shirt and beanie

I was able to hand out about 15 mr2board stickers so hopefully at the next meet, we will see a few mr2s with them on there.

Damn, thats a lot of MR2's. It looks almost like what a Mustang or Camaro meet would look like over here, maybe becuz its a domestic, theres a lot more of them there than here.

Do they have ricers over there too? Like people that pimp out a (insert non-sports car in japan) over there?

yes, there are actually a lot of them. Some have done some really nice stuff, others are just plain stupid.

The MR2 guys are pretty conservative except for one that i saw coincidently with noc on bar row (remember that god awful one we saw).

most of them keep there cars simple, but to be honest, most are not too big about HP. Its a different world here when it comes to driving because of the traffic.

Most MR2 owners go for mild aero upgrades, Rims, and Exhaust and are HUGE on suspension mods. I feel the japanese club members use the car for what it was made for, handling oriented driving.
