Got a 91 MR2 NA Rolling shell for sale. Needs bodywork on left front and rear fenders, and a paintjob, rust on the right rocker panel. Probably will get parted out whoever it goes to.

Will be reassembled soon, had to take out the backhalf to get the motor out.

You can reach me at (512) 699 3125

I have a clear title...registration good until 10/2010...inspection good until 02/10.

Open to trades, but make it worth my while. I have money, am employed, and have no need to sell her, so now lowballs please. I am interested in motorcycles +cash or guns + cash....maybe even a gas sipper + cash.

146,XXX Miles. Great compression and runs strong.

She is currently running about 12psi with an aftermarket boost controller. The turbo has no shaft play at all. This car has been very well taken care of as you can see from the pictures. Just changed the oil and got the alignment done.

Replaced both drive belts for the AC and Alternator at 135,198 miles with Gates Micro –V part numbers K040322 and K040345.

· The front tires are Yokohama 205/50R-15 ES100 with cert’s from Discount Tire; 7/22/2005

· The rear tires are Yokohama 225/50R-15 ES100 with cert’s from Discount Tire; 11/03/2007, mileage was 121, 321

· Wheel lugs are torque to 80 lb-ft.

· The oil was changed at 145,000 miles

· The air filter changed at 133,737 miles

· The oil is a 14mm and takes 4.1 US qts.

· The front tires are typically set at 29 psi and the rears at 33 psi.

· The K&N filter was purchased on 10/8/2005 from O’Reilly’s

· The battery was purchased on 6/17/2005 from O’Reilly’s it is a 72 month battery with 2 year free replacement…the 2 yrs are definitely gone L

· The disc pad set was replaced on 9/28/2005 ; lifetime warranty O’Reilly’s

· The Macpherson struts were gutted and gas inserts dropped in on 9/28/2005; lifetime warranty O’Reilly’s

· The Macpherson strut bellows were purchased on 9/27/2005; lifetime warranty O’Reilly’s

· The plug wires were purchased on 7/20/2005; lifetime warranty O’Reilly’s

· The right front ball joint and boot were replaced on 6/1/2005; lifetime warranty O’Reilly’s

· The clutch master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder were replaced on 9/2/2005 lifetime warranty O’Reilly’s. The slave cylinder was a tough one to replace I had to lift the engine because the slave is sandwiched in-between the engine mount.

· The Oxygen sensor was replaced on 7/19/2005…expensive…$65.

· At 92,050 miles the coolant was flushed and the oil cooler bypass hose (the hose from hell) was replaced at 139k…I installed it with a heat shield insulator to protect it……it took me several days…nasty job.

· Classic Honda/Toyota aligned the front end in 2005…I haven’t touched it cuz the tire wear looks great. It was a 4 wheel alignment to factory specs

· Pick-up Heaven did the window tint on 7/14/2005. The window film is LLumar, it has a limited warranty (lifetime).

· The B&M short shifter was purchased from SCO Sport Compact on Sept 7, 2005, part # 45902 (BM 1990-1995 Toyota MR2 Short Throw Shifter)

· The alternator was replaced on 12/16/2007 from Autozone. It is a 70amp with a lifetime warranty…not cheap…$204.

· The paint job was performed on 8/17/2005 it is an Earl Scheib with a 6 year full warranty against peeling, wrinkling and fading; it has a super gloss and ultra violet sunscreen protectant; the color is Matador Red.

New Pioneer speakers were installed

BAD:
AC doesnt work (Heat does)
Oil pan gasket drips a bit of oil (less than a quart every oil change)
Cruise control works when it wants to

This car when driven properly will keep pace with Spec Miatas even on street tires...put some R compounds on and you will eat them up.

Very reliable and sorted track car, a joy to drive....alot more power than a 5S without turbo lag and heatsoak. Great power band, very linear, pulls all the way to the rev limiter.

I never thought this time would come, but I’ve started traveling a lot for work. I’ve been gone over ½ of this yr. This car is way to nice to just sit in a garage. I’ve only put 2k miles on it since the engine/turbo build and NoShoes tuned it. That was finished in Sept of 08. At that time I put about $10k in the car. Here is the link to NoShoes thread after tuning it. MR2 Owners Club Message Board&#8482 (http://mr2oc.com/showthread.php?t=317200)
I would trust driving this car across the country and back as it is practically brand new. I bought this 91 Turbo stock from the original owner in 2003. It had 67K miles at that time. I’d consider this a pretty good deal considering I have over $30K in it and it is a turn key 400hp car. On to mod list and pictures.

I am selling my Mr2 to start a new business. I hate to let it go, but I am giving it away for a good deal. It has leaking front and rear seals, but is driveable and with a little TLC, can be a great car with great gas mileage. The profile pic is it, without the hubcaps. No radio, 5 speed non turbo.

Call me with any questions

MR2 93 Turbo - Reluctantly For Sale

Guys,

I'd hoped to do a lot more with this car, but I ended up getting married and having a few kids so the car just sits and collects dust. I take it out and drive it a bit here and there, and it runs great, but it's just a crime to let it sit, so it's time to sell it. The odometer has about 115k miles on it, but it was owned by a Toyota employee previously in Dallas and according the service shop, he had replaced both the block and transmission at 50k miles, but I don't have any documentation on that. The car is red, but lived in Texas for many years, so it's beginning to fade, so could stand to have a new paint job. There is also a dent in the front driver side quarter panel from where a billboard came cartwheeling through a tornado and bounced off it. The damage is pretty minimal as you will see from the pictures, just a dent, new quarter panel is about 250$ plus the paint job. I also just replaced the alternator, so that is new. Below are the modifications and extra parts. The interior is immaculately kept, with the only real signs of wear being on the steering wheel. The last time I had it on a dyno at Norwood down in TX, it was doing right around 200 rwhp, but would not take a whole lot to get it up over 300 rwhp. The pictures are all recent so they do depict the current state of the car.

For Sale: 1991 na T-Tops (parts or restore)

FS: 1991 na T-Tops Crimson Red
167,335 miles
5 speed manual
Black cloth interior(complete) in great shape, both seats, leather steering wheel, airbag and L/S carpet are from a lower mileage car (mint!)
power everything
NON-ABS car
$950
VIN=JT2SW21N0M0000639

Car has clean title, I want cash only, no trades

I know I can get more money parting this out, but I REALLY do not want to do all the work...so some one buy this and do that, or fix it up to drive.

I want to disclose as much info as possible. I bought this car late 1999 early 2000ish with 79,000 miles. I am the second owner. I never got it to pass emissions so I registered it to my lake house. In september 2001 the right side rear was t-boned at low MPH. Rear bumper is new and the corner panel was replaced.

Needs paint
T-tops tinted, with shades
all the glass is good - tinted rear 3 windows
fenders good
doors good, except for small rust bubble on left door
car is sitting on 4 spares (have 3x 14" alum with bad tires)
cross drilled rotors, stock na calipers (have solid rotors too)
has PS but the motor, reservoir and computer are gone
ac delete, i still have the compressor (removed from car) and most of the piping is still on the car, however the condenser and expansion tube are gone
ACT stage 1 clutch (needs replaced)
stock flywheel
5sfe has 2-3 broken oil pan bolts so it leaks a tiny bit of oil
the timing belt was replaced, but off a tooth (timing retarded now, advanced as much as possible via the distributer)
stock exhaust manifold, gutted cat, muffler and b pipe spares
heat shields gone
one of the CC cables broke (CC -> TB) so now the throttle cable is hooked up directly to the TB
tranny is from a lower mileage car, I think it grinds once in a while 1->2 gear shifts and sometimes going into reverse
black leather steering wheel, with airbag (69k miles) (not yet pictured)
no radio, but there are some after market Alpine speakers
TRD short shifter, dropped shift plate and sealed ball bearing mod on newer shifter cables
parking brake cable is broken
the shocks and springs came off a different car, they are sportline springs with tokico 5-ways (they seem blown, but i think its just that they need to be sprung up and down a bunch..like they lost the charge)
the tail lights are 91-93 harness was modded at one time for 94+ tails
alternator is a couple years old
original starter (it'll never die)
2 x center arm rest
3 x trunk lids (2 shaved spoiler holes, 1 with 91-93 spoiler holes..all 3 need paint)
no headlight assemblies
no stock front bumper cover
has Veilside front bumper and sideskirts (real, not fake.. needs a lil fibreglass repair work and paint)
stock 3 piece spoiler needs paint
stock air box and some ebay ram cone filter
solid urethane filled front and rear motor mounts
the fuel line form filter to fuel rail is cut..obviously you need this to run the engine
the rear crossmember is held on with the 2 front bolts and the rear bolt heads both snapped when the tranny was swapped. I never got around to removing the broken bolts properly. So the cross member has been tack welded to the body. I drove it for 2 years like this without welds breaking. (yes this is totally ghetto )
some of the underbody plastic is gone (some bolts snapped)
the wiper motor, trans and assembly is gone.
5 - color indigo white face gauges

Car will have to be towed

I know theres more, but I cant think of it ATM... come see this car in Aurora, IL

For Sale: MUST SELL

I'm selling my 93' due to recent purchase of a home and S2000. I love the car and had big plans for it, but things change.

-$5,500 OBO
-144,000 miles
-moon roof
-Alloy metallic paint (wing removed, antenna removed, all holes on the body have been filled prior to new paint, I still have the wing)
-Newer clutch (I think it was replaced at about 120,000)
