I was wondering about the roofing arangement. I like the curvy bits behind each seat. So... any ideas if you can buy something for that...?

Has anyone had this happen before? It could have been there from a sloppy oil change from the idiot that changed it before I purchased it. I have watched the engine idle and see no evidence of oil splattering up on the underside of the lid. Any ideas? Thanks. This is my 4th Mr2. I have owned: 1988 SC, 1992 T, and 1989 SC. I am loving being back in a Mr2. The last one I owned was sold in 2000. Any insight is appreciated.
