ECM Garrett: No Item sent

Sent a $100.00 money order to a Garret Owens, Welcome N.C. three monthes ago and to date all I've recieved is promises of a tracking #. Hasn't said where sent from, how, or anything I could use to find it if indeed its been sent. Just my experience with this seller advertising on this board. Has been ECM Garret, Garret, and now maybe Village Idiot. Still possibly has a SW20 and was taking of selling it, Possibly a part of the board "ECMotorsports".

But called and talked to him 5 or 6 times, posted at his website ECM a whole bunch, allways same words "I'll get you a tracking # tonight" and always no reply back til I call him and he apologizes and says "I'll get you a tracking # tonight". Sorry 3 monthes and a bunch of promises, even just 2/3 weeks ago says it all. But this is just my experience. More than welcome to take your own chances.

We tried calling him this evening, but of course got the obligatory voicemail. We made a post on their site, although I don't know if it will do any good. We'll see.

Well I'm a happy camper. Not sure who or what, but will be putting money on this site. Got home yesterday and sitting on the porch was the package I'd given up on. First, if you see this, thank you ECM Garret. Package arrived safe and sound. Very well packaged indeed. Hope they didn't charge you at the ups store the whole amount you got from me, but I would guess it was expensive. A lot of packaging. I couldn't help but notice though it was mailed just day before yesterday. So I can't help but think it was maybe the wonderful people on this board I have to thank.

We know stuff happens sometimes and I don't think he ever meant any harm, but without any communication, you are left to guess. I'm glad it all worked out. Thank you very much ECM Garrett for resolving the matter. Your account restrictions have been lifted.
