I have held off for almost 1 year now to post this, because I have given this guy the benefit of the doubt and given him literally hundres of chances to make better on this situation. The person is:

In February 2006 I sold this guy a KO Racing StreetBrawler turbo kit. He sent payment through an email address of blupig21@yahoo.com. He chatted with me quite often online, as I do with several other MR2 enthusiasts. He had several problems in his life, the last of which being that his girlfriend got pregnant. He was in a very rough spot and wanted to wholesale/dropship some items on ebay to make extra money on the side while he's going to school and working at some locals shop (at least this was his story). I trusted this guy and considered him a friend, as I do a few others from MR2OC that I have never met. At this time I had 2 ebay accounts and 2 paypal accounts which I have had and held in good standing for 6+ years. Both of my ebay accounts had 200+ positive feedback at 98.5 or above percentage. I removed all of my personal information from the accounts but kept the passwords to myself. I allowed him to use both ebay accounts and both paypal accounts to sell his items so that he could have the benefit of the high feedback scores that I had accumulated over the years. He sold various car related items and made plenty of money. He sold items on those accounts from March 2006 all the way through August 2006. I just went through all of my Paypal history and added up all of the sales that he made. He sold approximately $4,800 worth using my accounts. Of that amount, approximately the last $800 was all in paypal disputes/claims and was returned to the buyers because he never shipped out their items. Since Sky already took the money out of the paypal accounts, that left my Paypal accounts at a negative balance, which I had to pay in order to get my accounts in good standing again, and to get the collection agencies off of my back. Sky also managed to NOT PAY any of the Ebay seller fee's. This again, left me with more collection agencies and more payments that I had to make out of my pocket. I had to pay approximately $900 worth of ebay fee's. And $800 worth of the paypal dispute/claims out of my pocket. Of this Sky paid about $800 of it at one time, he still owes me $900 for the rest of it and has not responded to my emails, or phone calls for the last few months. He answered me once in mid-December and said that he would send a check the next day, and I have not heard from him since then.

Today, I have been able to get control of my Paypal accounts again so that I can make & receive payments for my own purchases and sales. But both of my ebay accounts which I worked 6+ years to gain my high positive feedback numbers on, have been permanently locked even though I've paid all the fees. Ebay's collection agency somehow managed to get their collections attempts onto my credit report. As a result, my credit score dropped from 730-740 which it was early last year. to the mid 500's. I am not able to get a car loan at this point which I attempted a few months ago, I wasn't able to get approved for a home loan last month. And my latest attempt to sign a new lease for an apartment I was going to move into failed as well, and I had to get a co-signer.

Sky has essentially ruined 3-4 years of my life with his actions. It is such a small amount of money. And he could have EASILY paid it and left everything on good terms. He made his money, stole SEVERAL peoples money without sending them items, and stole my money as well by leaving me with the bills for HIS transactions.

Sky Ton and Sky Tune Motorsports (which is the name he works under out of other peoples shops) are not to be trusted. If anyone sees or hears from him, please ask him to pay the rest of my money, so that I can at the very least have my money back instead of paying for HIS transactions and HIS sales. Also, Sky, if you read this, please know that you are the scum of the earth, and deserve to live a miserable life. I hope that you get what you deserve one day you disgusting excuse for a human being.

I have nothing to hide here. Ask anything you'd like. I know darn well that I made a huge mistake trusting this person, and I will never again make another mistake like this. I am just one of those people that tries to help out when I can, I do it in good faith. But this time, I got majorly screwed over. And my credit will take YEARS to repair.

BTW. Just to be fair here. Sky contacted me after hearing about this thread, and he is attempting to pay the rest of what he owes me. Honestly at this point it's not even about the money anymore. I just wish it never went down like this.
