PHOENIX GB Solid Side Mouldings

Just got my solid side moldings in yesterday, and typically I don't leave anything in the feedback section, but I was so impressed with how David handled my situation in particular that he deserves the credit for great customer support. PHOENIX responded to all my pm's quickly, and I never received my side moldings after about 2 months of waiting (not his fault though), so after 2 weeks he tells me they get shipped I pm him back saying I never received them and he says they should've already been here, so that NEXT DAY he goes straight to the post office to clarify things up and sends me another set because the post office lost my shipment.

I'm not upset at all that it took so long to get the solid side moldings because I was constantly kept up to date with what was going on with the situation, but I'm so impressed with how great David took care of the situation so quickly,thanks David!!!

MR2 BOARD members are so lucky to have PHOENIX on board.
He is honest and trustworthy and goes out of his way to help.
Personally l am so glad he is here because without his help l wouldn't have the parts l needed.

Yeah, David's a good guy. I'm not going to go so far as what Andrew said but he definitely puts out... great customer service.

Greve - Thank you for the kind words, the mr2 store is a work in progress, and im glad i am able to get some hard to find parts to the states (even if it does take forever).

Mandalay - Its been a pleasure to be working with you for the past few months, and your next project for the next few months. BTW, you have to put my name across your hood as an official sponsor
