I purchased a set of couplers through RRE through a DSM'er I know. I paid for 8, but they sent me 12 I placed the order around this time last week through an e-mail. They called me last Monday to verify by order and they shipped it that day. I found it on my doorstep today.

I bought 5 ft of 4mm blue silicone hose from them as well thinking they'd match if I got it all from one place, turns out the hose is a bit darker than the couplers, but oh well...it was only $5

to Road Race, too bad I can't say the same for UPS and Fedex...they always f'n leave my packages on my doorstep instead of taking it to the office when no one's home. Scares me that someone might steal my stuff one day...

I live in gainesville, about 10 minutes away from UF campus

I doubt i'll be getting anything from RRE again...they revolve heavily around the DSM world. I got a decent deal by tagging my order along with a friend of mine so it didn't cost anything to ship to me.

But I just measured all the couplers, they're what I ordered cept one. I got a 2" to 2.5" transition instead of a 2.25" to 2.5" transition. We'll see how they'll handle the situation as I really don't want to stretch a coupler to fit if I don't have to.

Finally got a hold of them last week. They sent me a new coupler and a pre-paid UPS shipping label to send back the wrong coupler.

So all's good now.

Will probably do business with again pretty soon to pick up a mandrel bent pipe.

UPS left my $200 Gen3 ECU out at the mail box in the rain one morning. Like the box was flouting in the water kind of rain. Thank god the guy shipping it wrapped it in an ass load of bubble wrap and had it in a sealed bag.

Yup, RRE makes sure to note right on the UPS label, "Deliver to office if not available". So this makes twice that they specifically left it at my doorstep, the original package and the replacement coupler.
