A while back I was looking into buying a 93 brake setup, and after asking 2-3 people on the current price I found someone who offered $700.00 for Brackets, Calipers, Master Cylinder. I said sure and asked if I could put a downpayment for $200.00 on the 31st and he could hold for 2 weeks. Everyday after the $200.00 had been paid he sent a "Money?" on my aim window and then proceeded to log off. We agreed, later within 5 days I wanted to confirm it was $700.00 for all items. But if misunderstanding or something else it seems it was $800.00 now, So I agreed. After I sent the remaining $600.00 on the 12th and went out. I came home to a message on my AIM saying "Cool, I knew you would come through, now once I get the package in a box you can pay for shipping". Already this was to much money, so I asked for a refund in email. In return I got. "No refund avaible." So later that night We got into an AIM conversation on how hes going to send the brakes and he has my money ect ect.

When you kept asking for me, or trying to VALIDATE it by saying paypal charged more, shows you just wanted more.

Well I just got off the phone with Paypal and they agree I have a strong case of Internet Fraud and extortion. I blocked his AIM not wanting to deal with it anymore so he logged on a diff name and sent this.

I called them up and told them i was not even using ebay and they laughed and so ok no problem. I hope you enjoy your brakes because ebay also cleared the money, I guess you are just mad because you dont want the brakes anymore and you are making up BS, but that is ok, I have all physical evidence with all convos that we ever had and it was all sent to paypal. You did ask for more for paypal money, I can read and I to saved our conversations. And just a heads up, fake or doctored emails or conversations wont hold true. You said if I did this the polite way I could get my refund and then say I went the wrong way. I also have the email where I asked for my money back after you FAILED at extorting me, and told me "no refund aviable"

LOL! Oh man, whenever I see that alias, MR2 2UNER, I just have to read his posts - especially if he's selling something. The back and forth dialogue is so entertaining because he plays everyone like some master on a cheap guitar.

I feel sorry for almost everyone who deals with him. The punk is good, I mean he's really good for his age if it's correct - 19 or so I heard. He starts off by always having parts everyone here wants, he charges a little high, then hikes the price up off-line while messing with your head by being rude, arrogant yet strangely confident. But the funny thing is, most bend and pay more than agreed - and then he laughs, abuses and pisses on them while snickering all the way to the bank.

The only thing he's done wrong is, perhaps, he's not the nicest to deal with - but that's a moral issue, something he doesn't give a damn about. He's suckering almost everyone he deals with, time and time again and I have yet to see him do anything illegal. There's nothing illegal about being a hardass negotiator who twists the deal to suit himself. if you don't like it, don't deal with him.

Study after study prove that some of the best dealers in any field are functioning psychopaths who love jabbin' ya.

I did search for him, even checked his feedback rating, turns out bill or david or Jand H or whatever remove all posts from him (top 8 friends on myspace *PONDER*) and his negative feedback, but hes worked around paypal. hes done some things like jacking paypal prices up and keeping prices untill i pay more, i know i got screwed, but im still gunna fight my best.

Very well said RePete, you hit the nail right on the head. However, even though MR2 2NER walks the thin line very well, it doesn't make him any less of a ****. The even worse part is MR2OC (Jeckyl) deleted all of Ring's posts when she relayed my dealings with this guy. For whatever reason, some of the mods on OC are protecting this guy like some used to protect LB back in the day.
