That's your call, I don't know how your budget looks. The PayPal claim may get the seller to put their ass in gear and get the part out to you.

Wait a minute here. Before you file any sort of claim, let's get some specifics.

When was your last contact with the seller?
When did you send payment?
Was the payment accepted?

So it's only been a few days? Give it a full week before filing a claim. But it's not like it's hard for the dude to send you a PM or something, especially when we know he, or someone close enough to him to use his computer and view this thread, knows what's going on...

wooooowzers you guys are maddd trippin.

I just got back from fedex because they called me this morning and left me a message. The package had fallen apart due to my crappy packaging. I went in to my local fedex/kinkos to repackage it with a new box and re-shipped it.

You can check my effin feedback here:

www.**********
my.IS - Lexus IS Forum
MY350Z.COM - NISSAN 350Z (Z33) FORUMS, GALLERY, CHAT, AND MORE.
ISfanatics.com

I have not a SINGLE negative feedback, and I have not had ANYTHING less that postive feedback on my ebay account either.

Your tracking number is HERE:
468637210011238
FEDEX GROUND. I thought of 2daying it but shipping costs came out to $138.xx so I was like screw it, I cant afford that.

Geez everyone is so paranoid nowadays. You can also tell Im not on here often b/c of my low post count. My usename shows "viewing this thread" because I live that page on my screen then I go out to do whatever I gotta do. School, work, etc so I dont forget to check when I get home. You need to chill out. Its been 3-4 days, from the date you even STARTED the thread...And you expect it to be in your full possession, etc? Calm down.

a.) TWO DAYS AGO.
b.) THREE DAYS AGO
c.) THREE DAYS AGO.

I told him I had midterm stuff to do, and I had to find a box, etc. I also had to pay my credit card bill first so I could pay for shipping using my Fedex account which charges directly to my credit card accnt.

His thread for WTB hasnt even been open for more than 3-4 days. Sorry, but maybe not everyone comes on here 24/7. Im on ***** most of the time. Like I said, Ive never jipped anyone and any of the socal memberse can vouch for my services/personality/honesty.

This is why I asked. This sort of time frame is totally unacceptable to post a thread about how a seller is being unreasonable.

Thanks for clearing this up, I could tell from Markill's PayPal thread that he was hesitant about buying parts online, as he should be- but I had a feeling he might jump the gun.

That said, I try not to accept money from anyone until I am able to get the part out the door, but sometimes things come up. Being the weekend, I'd say that shipping out early next week is reasonable. I usually have a pretty good intuition telling me when its the seller being unreasonable, and when it's the buyer

Yeah but I laready told you, CHILL OUT.

Your payment was sent to me on the 28th, I didnt get it til the 29th. 2 days later, ur biittchin already. Are you still drunk from your accident or what? I told u already calm down, you'll get your part.

Now I'd appreciate if you would UNTAINT my rep on here by either PMing a mod to explain the misunderstanding, or change the thread up so I dont look like an ASSS for nothing. Thank you.

I understand this is your first time dealing online, but giving someone less than 100 hours to ship your part and then calling them out in a public forum is extremely premature, in my mind.

I'm not guaranteeing you that onyxaltezza isn't going to give you troubles, because I really don't know, but I do know for sure that it's far to early to promise you he will. Relax for a few days.

Ah, the beauty of where to buy...Either buy parts from local businesses, et cetera and usually pay more + tax but take it home with you, or buy parts online and save some money while you wait for it to get there.

BTW - Paypal gives you a grace period of roughly 1 month to file a claim/dispute. Make some use out of it and try to resolve matters within it that time frame. When all else fails, file a dispute.

Making premature claims/disputes within a short time frame gives off the impression to the seller that YOU, the buyer, is trying to scam them by trying to get your money back after the seller already shipped it out.

Take it FWIW.
