Ethics
Please conduct yourself ethically in all transactions and keep the lines of communication open throughout the process. If you are too busy to respond to emails, you are too busy to be selling here. If it is determined that you willfully misrepresented a product or service, or failed to deliver as promised, you could potentially be banned permanently from this site and MR2Trader.com. Hi, first, I have no idea where to post this, I can't find the original thread. If it's in the wrong place, I'm sorry. I've sent a few PM's asking for tracking numbers and info regarding where my T-shirt is. I am really trying to not be a pain, but seriously, I would really like some kind of answer, even if it's "we don't know". Please and thank you! |

Hi Bern,
Sorry, but all of the admins and mods use the MR2Board account, and sometimes it gets overlooked- we're not intending to ignore you. The original thread title has been edited to draw the attention of anyone who hasn't received their shirt yet. It can be found here: GB: Please post if you haven't received your MR2Board T-Shirts I too am waiting for my shirt to be sent up from Texas where they were printed. I think they must be held up in customs, but I can't confirm that as they were sent without tracking numbers to keep the cost as low as possible. That's basically the best answer I can give you at this point, but I know that you, I and Weasy2k are all still waiting on our shirts, and are all in Canada. A couple others are waiting, but they were shipped via APO addresses, and headed overseas. I'd like to think it's just the time of year, but they were all shipped out on Halloween and should have been here a long time ago. If you're really concerned, PM me and I'll arrange sending you a refund for the shirt, of which I'd ask you to send back when it does finally arrive. That's pretty much my only option at this point. Sorry about the wait, this wasn't intended. Let me know what you'd like to do. Quote:

Hi Canadam,
thanks for the response, it makes sense without tracking numbers...I don't want a refund (unless I don't get it by Feb or something crazy), I was just getting worried, but I think it's amazing service that you're willing to do that! I'm really pumped to get that shirt (silly, I know) so I'm trying to not be a nuisance... Thanks again for replying!! |

No problem, trust me, I'm just as annoyed as you- it's basically out of my hands at this point unless someone is sick of waiting and wants a refund. I wish I could give a definitive answer on when it will arrive, but if I had to guess, I'd say 3 weeks ago

unfortunately shipping to Canada from Texas is not the quickest process. As a vendor here I deal with it all the time and it never fails, just about every one of my Canadian customers end up waiting longer than I really think they should have to for their shipments. I'm not sure if it's the customs process from US to Canada or what, but it's just ridiculous how long it sometimes takes.

Just for the record, Matt (4agzeSE) is also in Canada, and has not received his shirt yet. That makes all four Canucks that are waiting on them, this is obviously no coincidence, and I hope that CanadaPost figures it out sooner than later!
