sorry, havnt checked this post in awhile.

in my last accident, i went through body tune to get a replica bomex front end. Like most other companies, they are resellers. They dont make there own kits, they are basically the middle men. The shipping was fast and the customer service was awsome, they even called me to tell me that they took off $50 bucks because they found a cheaper way to ship it. Shipping took maybe 2 weeks which i thought was great.

The only problem that i had was the quality was a little poor. id say it was 3 out of 5, course what do you expect from replicas.

overall, i was happy with the transaction from bodytune.net

these guys are crap, i bought bomex style scoops from them, they were waaaayyyyy off in fitment, and 1 was from extreme dimensions anyway. the boxes they used were too small and put a big chip on the front of them, by the way i still have them and they are for sale for dirt cheap, e-mail me if your interested ncturbo2 at hotmail.com

my body-tune urethane border bumper is a bit off, after re inforcing it and cutting out the backs of the turn signal lights so they would fit, and cutting the sides of the holes to make them larger (bad mold i suppose) then it fit. (note) the bumper in my pic was the old 1 i had on before it got destroyed, don't have pics of the new 1 on yet

body tune is a reseller just like raceonusa, but body tune has awesome customer service. Both companies dont make there own stuff. I wish these companies would get vis racing stuff because they do alot in R&D when they are making molds. They are just a bit more expensive.

RACEONUSA PLAIN SUCKS ***. i bought cf bomex scoop replica's from them. WAYYYYY OFFFFFFFFFF. They want me to pay for shipping to me and back to them. I filled a dispute and won't settle for nothing less then a full refund. They suck. Alot of people have problems with them.

Mailed them and got a mail back the same day (I'm in Belgium, so... 9 hours difference or something like that ?)

All my parts => $ 1600
Shipping => $ 2953

Damn, a little bit to expensive !!
But the mirrors I like !!!!!!!

that site is flametastic umm they had like a hand full of body kits for the mr2, and only 2 of them had pics of the kit. you'd think that for a body kit you'd want to post a pic of every piece your selling... sorry but that site is weak IMO. their prices on most of the kits are ok, but the scoops are a little pricey.

yeah thats the thing that sucks bout them NO PICS but I like their quality good stuff is all im sayin. Alot of dealers get their stuff from the taiwan, or somewhere cheap and ship in big containers just thrown in lot of time have LOTS of spider cracks and bubbles, waves and cheaply made and fitment sucks. but my experiences with VIS have been good. When I was new to the car scene I thought a kit is a kit boy was I WRONG. the thing is even if they have good service 90% of their kits are the same you might run across 1-2 kits that are good. One the reasons the fitment are bad too is cause instead of just buying the ORIGINAL REAL kit and making molds of a REAL kit they make molds of molds of molds of molds of molds, u get the picture, by the time a customer buys a kit it been copied 5-10 times over. Its like trying to make counterfit money with a monoply money it does come out rite. Well that my experiences hope this info helps

from the horrible stories I've heard from board members and friends alike, raceonusa is like the ssautochrome of bodyparts. Crap for fitment, crap for customer service, and the wrong part half the time.
