Has anyone on this site done business with Spooled Motorsports out of California? Their web site is Spooled Motorsports / www.spooledmotorsports.com I am looking at buying a used or rebuilt CT26 turbo from them and am wondering if anyone has bought anything from them before. Are they good/reliable? Are their products good? Any feedback would be great.

Never heard of them. $300 for stock used turbo is steep. Whats their price for a rebuilt one?

They want 549 for a rebuilt one. Ive tried to call them, but every time I do, no matter what time of day it is they never answer the phone. It always goes right to there answering machine. That kind of makes me nevous.......but im getting desperate here, I NEED a turbo that I can just bolt up and go down the road. I bought one from oscar_hk on this site. He said that it was in great shape but when I got it 2 weeks after I paid for it, the turbo had no padding in the box; he litterally put the turbo in a cardboard box and shipped it to me. Needless to say, it got here all f*cked up and my local turbo shop said that it was toast anyway. Now he wont answer my PM's......loser.

Long story short, I need a turbo really bad to get my car back on the road and stop driving my 4.70 a gallon diesel truck that gets half the mileage my car does. Arthur, do have one or know of anyone reliable that does have a turbo that I can just bolt up to my stock car and drive down that road?

Have you looked into buying a ct20b? Those are about $600-$700 shipped and generally have low miles.

I have a buddy that has a 93 ct26 that came of a JDM clip. I can get you in touch with him if you would like. Not sure on the price but the going rate is about $200-$250.

I dont have aim, do you have a turbo? PM me if you do and we can try to work out a deal. Ive been burnt once, so im deff leaning toward something with a warranty.

Artur, will the ct20b bolt right up to my car with no mods at all and drive down the road boosting happily, or do I need to mod stuff to make it work? Im not looking for the, im looking for bolt it up to a stock engine and go. If so, that would interest me, the ct20 is better. I wouldnt be opposed to talking with your friend either if he has a turbo, I just want this car back on the road asap, whatever way gets that done, im down for.

Ct20b is a bolt on turbo with no modifications or any other parts needed.
