Turbohoses.com customer service SUCKS!

I ordered some Greddy replacement pipes which have a 2-3 week lead time and as of now it's been over 2 months! I had called a few times during which I was told they were at the ceramic coaters, then at week 6 it was they were received from the coaters but damaged in shipping from the coaters to the shop! At that point I'm told they would rush a new set through should be no more than a week so I give them 2 weeks, called today only to be told...the pipes were at the coaters again and it could be another 1-2 weeks maybe!
The clincher on the lack of customer service is when I tell them that I may just have to cancel this order and look elsewhere for parts, that 3 months is to long to wait for 2 pipes, the prick on the other end say alright and hangs up!
Just my 2 cents on a horrible experience made worse by the fact my car has been sitting in a shop waiting for these parts the last 6 weeks!

Cancel the order and get it from either EMSpowered or KO Racing here on the board.

Sucks that they are not coming through for you, they make good stuff.

As of today they still haven't credited my card...I have a feeling this is going to be a PAIN IN THE ASS to get resolved!

sounds like its time to maybe make a phone call to your credit card company.

I find this really wierd, so far I have heard nothing but good things about those guys.

If you still need pipes let me know. We have them in stock. I just got some a small batch of 20 of our IC pipes done in gloss black powdercoat. They look HOT!! and are the same price.

Everything finally got taken care of and I did go with EMS who got them to me quick and they do look great in BLACK!
