Just a quick run down, Wondering if anyone has had the same problem with this company lately.

I've recently ordered a datalogit direct from the datalogit site (FC Datalogit - Tuning Software for your APEXi Power FC) for my PowerFC on the 27th of December and was told my order would be shipped out on the 5th of January due to the staff being on vacation. Since then I've tried contacting the seller multiple times since the 6th of January to check on the status of my order and possibly get a tracking number so I would know when to expect it, But I haven't received a response since. I started to think that they were out of stock until I contacted alice@fc-datalogit.co.nz yesterday (January 12th) with another email address inquiring about a datalogit for "my supra" That I do not own, Asking her if they have the products in stock seeing if I could get a reply. To my surprise I received a quick response on her part within a couple hours sating the following:

Hi,

Yes we currently have stock.

Prices are as follows and include world wide express delivery 2-6 Working Days as listed on our website FC Datalogit - Tuning Software for your APEXi Power FC

* FC-Datalogit with serial cable USD$375.00

OR

* FC-Datalogit with USB converter cable USD$395.00

So I'm wondering if anyone else has had a problem with this company recently and I would recommend everyone to hold off on ordering anything from the datalogit site until this situation gets straightened out. Also if anyone has a contact number for anyone with the datalogit team and could pass it along my way it would be greatly appreciated.

Due to the non responsive nature of the datalogit.co.nz site I was forced to file a claim with paypal the other day and my money was finally refunded back to me.

I recommend everyone not ordering from the datalogit.co.nz site direct, But instead order it from the rx7.com site below (great customer service and fast replies via email):
