EMS Powered, Baktasht really does value his customers

I got in on the harness group buy and I thought I was getting screwed when the product never showed up. You can search my posts, I tried to keep things professional but was getting pretty annoyed.

I filed a paypal complaint, ended up getting my money refunded and thought "Ok, well, that's that, not buying from EMS powered again..." About a month later I got an email from Baktasht regarding my order. He was following up on how poorly my order was handled. How many people go out of thier way to contact unsatisfied customers? Anyway, I didn't think he'd be able to convince me to buy from them again. But, after talking with Baktasht he was able to convince me they’re back on track and trying to do everything they can to make their customers happy.

I don’t think I’m ready to order anything big yet, but at this point I’m cautiously optimistic and they make some really cool products. I do need some constant tension clamps here soon and I think I’m going to give EMS Powered a second chance.

I don't think EMS powered have learned their lesson- its the end of Jul 2011 and the same old story. I'm on the verge of chargingback my card transaction, really don't want to do it, I've made that clear in emails, which have just been ignored and, oh yeah, their phone has just been disconnected

replying to your many post, on many forums, on many unrelated threads. your exhaust assembly is near complete, it should be shipping in the next few days. I'll shoot you an update tomorrow when i'm back at the shop

Thank you Baktasht, appreciate it. Lets agree completion and shipping within the week please, I need certainty. As you can imagine, the problems with the phones made me nervous (hence I was checking every relevant forum I could find).

You know what floats my boat - Honest Business Practices - and that includes communication with paying customers..and until I get my parts or my money back I will continue to let people know what they are in for when they place an order and give money to EMSPowered TODAY!!

I guess it depends when I leave here...normally I'll leave around 10 AM and can be there at around 2 PM if the traffic doesn't KO me...

How I plan to do this is to turn on the light on EMSPowered and show just how bad he is today....That post was to show that at one time you could get ahold of him....show me the last time ANYONE has ACTUALLY TALKED TO HIM ... probably not since August .... I still have one order pending and I want my money back.... I'll do what seems to be working and hopefully he will close his doors or sell his business .....

I run a business with 15 employee's and I just can't jump up and leave at a moments notice...I'm going to the Texas Monthly's Annual top 50 BBQ contest at the end of the month IN AUSTIN and was going to stop by his shop on Friday.... is that OK with you are do you want me to get in my car and drive up there this minute????

If you order ANYTHING FROM EMS POWERED you might as well build it yourself as it would be quicker and less frustrating than dealing with him....it looks like it's "you" that doesn't get it...

Don't get pissy with me, you're the one who said you were driving there the other day to solve it once and for all. You also volunteered to help others if they gave you their order info.

I don't think I said I was leaving that moment,, it's you and EMSPowerer supporters that are Pissy...it's us with our money tied up without our merchandise that are upset,,, and in that reguard there seems to be quite a few,,,,,,.
