PhatBoyMR2 I seen this thread so I am aware you have some personal things taking up your time with the accident, completely understandable.

I have sent you a PM via importatlanta.com & posted on the sale threads on this site and mr2oc with no response yet and no call back. (You should have my number on mr2oc via PM when I contacted you with my info)
I have texted the number you gave me twice and called twice.

Please let me know the status of the Greddy Sideskirts I paid for 2-27-09 Friday last week. You said you could have them shipped out by this Monday 3-2-09 as I needed them asap by Friday.

It's been a minute man just holler at me asap to keeps things legit as planned and hope you're recovering well.

Update: They have contact me via pm through mr2oc regarding they are in process of getting proper bolts and sideskirts prepped but still no delivery which was promised to occur Monday in order to have by the end of the week as needed asap.

I will remain understanding in regards to benefit their side as I do not know the story or circumstances as to what the hold up is and update accordingly once the items arrive to confirm delivery of item.

It seem they don't check the their for sale thread for the items or this board very much.

I am just explaining the situation in all honesty and remaining patient and understanding and hope all is good and well for your recovery as you posted in this thread before.

All intention are good, just a little disappoint since I sent out money ASAP last week and not have item ship out asap in return is all.

Update:

I really want the best for both of us. I have try to be understanding and not get mad but be supporting and realistic that seller is getting better after a accident that happen awhile ago. But this is too far now...

Today seller finds out that shipping is more than they thought, so he is holding item longer incase someone wants to offer more now....after the deal has already been agreed on

I am trying to remain as respectable as possible and not insult or bash him. I am purely providing evidence and stating facts of the business transaction. I am not trying to fuel a fire but unfortunately the situation is not being alleviated by the seller even after more than enough time being given....

I contact you via cell a few hours ago and you told me you would call me back after handling a call on the other line.

Check your paypal please and provide any information necessary that they are requesting.

At this point you're in debt because you spent my money that I used to pay for them and you still have the items in your possession.

I appreciate you personally contacting me via phone but this has gone on too long.

I am shooting to get my refund, and if you need $340 then I will have to see these skirts at my doorstep...

It's been 19 days since I paid. No hard feelings here.

I just can't afford to have $340 of my money floating around with uncertainty anymore..

Borrow money from someone to ship them, I feel like I am a bank that has loaned money at this point...

the board use to be a safe place where everybody do their sell and trade on here. but, after reading about phatboy here..... i really don't feel safe doing my buy here.

Still no tracking number or refund.

Just a continuous stream of personal excuses.

It's clear that business to this guy is of no priority.

I have been really nice about this...but this is too much.

Just counting down the days until he responds on his behalf to the paypal claim or else it will escalate automatically on March 28th.

If he bails and removes the bank account from their Paypal to avoid me obtaining my funds I will post such an epic thread regarding this situation that it will ruin any and all reputation...I know their board name here, and on MR2OC and on the car forum from the city they are from.

At this point they have received and used $340 of my money for their personal use....and claim they have no money to ship out the pieces because they blame it on the Paypal account being frozen because of the claim...

This is BS.

The logical thing would be to simply borrow money from a friend or family member to ship them out and deal with paying them back but not penalize the buyer because of personal financial problems, especially after already using the money which was used to pay for these pieces...

So unprofessional.

That's hardly fair. mr2.com does what they can to weed out bad sellers and Brian personally goes to extraordinary lengths to make sure people are taken care of when deals go bad like this.
