Exactly why I have chosen to stay calm and understanding throughout this process in order to benefit the seller. Yet after more than enough time no resolution has been met and good business ethics have not been practiced throughout this isolated situation concerning the sideskirts.

you're right about that. but, one bad fish here do make buyer think twice before spending alot of money here. i just don't see how a person can spend the money they got for selling the item and not sending out the item you're selling. as for me. if i was selling anything. i make sure the item arrive at the buyer house first before i go out and use the money.

like i said the money had to be used for medical purposes i wasn't out spending it having a good time or anything like that...felipe why so much publicity? you have my number and i think i talked to you a couple days ago on the telephone and gave you an update about the skirts.

You messed up pretty bad filing that paypal dispute and freezing up my account i can't really "move" when that thing is frozen like that so i think im just going to give you your money back for them.

We go out of our way to protect buyers here. If you don't feel safe enough to buy parts on this board there isn't another forum on the web that you can buy parts from. I can assure you that myself and the staff do everything we possibly can to make sure no one gets scammed here. Accounts get restricted to the feedback forum immediately when we learn of a problem. I've made in person visits with sellers, or hounded them any way I could until they made the situation good. One bad fish doesn't make the entire lake bad. You want to talk bad about a forum that has limited control on the actions of its members which is ridiculous. What's even more ridiculous is the situation that you refer to as making you uneasy to do business here will get resolved. Bad things will happen anywhere you go. What sets this forum far apart from ANY other is how much effort we put into limiting that as much as possible. Other forum owners and staff won't even give you the time of day, much less personally try to help you in situations such as this one.

Why so much publicity? You're being a completely unreliable seller. If you don't have the money. Send him the sideskirts like you agreed upon when you accepted his money.

I talked to him on the phone about this. The money he was going to use for shipping was locked in the account. Regardless, he knows it needs to get resolved and assured me he will take care of it. Besides, I know where he lives.

Mark with all due respect, please feel free to review all posts that I have made concerning this deal and notice I have not insulted you in a demeaning or hating manner. Everyday that passes is a day without the product or money returned, and I have no control over making that move, you do.

Paypal dispute is the only way to protect myself sir and you did not hold your end of the deal or your word on shipping out as you promised so do not direct any blame towards me.

I did not mess up anywhere. I sent payment same day that the deal was agreed upon. That's all I'm responsible when a deal is made.

You said they would be shipped out by Monday March 2nd, because I really needed them by March 6th. You failed to keep your word, that was what started all of this chain reaction. Sir, you messed up.

I had to find out myself that the number you had provided me with was not even your own? But a another family members....








I filed the paypal dispute the night of March 9th, which gave you a full entire week extra to ship them out.



I sir have not messed up. It is very simple. If you have money to ship them out in your frozen paypal account, ask to borrow money from someone, ship them, get me a tracking number, and I will close the dispute. You can pay them back the same day if you really have the money.

It took you until March 11th to explain your situation. You should have let me know the day that I paid of your situation to expect possible delays or just let me know to not pay until later after your situation smoothed out.




Publicity? This is occurring not because of actions I did, but because of actions you've taken too long to do. If I do not let the community know of what's going on then this might continue for much longer than it already has...it is done to motivate you to get moving on this.

Having your number is no excuse, I have never had to directly speak with someone regarding a sale. It takes 2 to 3 PMs, an address, payment confirmation, and a tracking number the next day and the pieces arrive according to the shipping company, easy...


I do have your direct number now and we last spoke Wednesday March 18th, with the conversation ending because you supposedly had a call on the other line and I told you call me back ASAP to finalize an agreement to solve this, and you never called back.

If you claim that you are going to return my money then why have you not responded to the paypal claim yet?

It's still waiting for your response before being sent for paypal to review.

If you're afraid or trying to delay having your account being withdrawn $340 and dipping into the negatives, Ship them out to me ASAP, get me a tracking number, and I will close the dispute bro!

This isn't that hard...

you will get your money back. As far as this thread goes brian id like you to lock or close it so i can handle the situation, All this bad publicity isn't going to help get your money back sooner it's just going to add fuel to the fire because other members see this and don't want to buy from me anymore meaning i won't be able to pay you back in timely manner because this is how i make my living.

and felipe i told you this could of been resolved a long time ago if you didn't open up that dispute without my knowledge of knowing...i had the money to ship your sideskirts but that claim locked up my account meaning i can't do anything about shipping or paying you back because paypal is the only account i use and i can't even wire the money into my new bank account because i have an open dispute...

so to make a long story short i can't do anything untill you close the dispute...thats all man open another one if i don't send your items out but i can't help you if you can't help me at all.

i understand what you are saying. and yes. you guys do take good care of the board memeber here. the blame was never put on you guys. like everyone else here. i enjoin chatting and dealing with ppl from this board. and i understand not everyone is bad. i just don't like to have to look over my head every time i deal with someone new or old member here. for for you guys looking over us. i think you do go over your way to try and make this board a safe place. and for that... thanks you

The seller and myself have spoken just recently and a smooth resolution is scheduled for Monday to clear this isolated situation and finalize.

I get an email with this notification.

"An eCheck payment from herold ulysse was declined by the sender's bank. We will automatically try to process this payment again in 3 business days. It then usually takes 3-5 days for the money to be deposited into your account. Please do not ship items until you receive payment."
