Mark Ulysse if you don't send me my money back ASAP I will do all within my ability of research and post the phone numbers you gave me during this situation to alert future buyers of how unreliable you are to alert them to avoid doing business with the phone numbers I release.

That means you're personal phone number, the number that supposedly belonged to your father, and the number you called me from that was supposedly your mothers phone.

No need to talk on the phone or PM and smooth talk any longer.

It sucks you got hit by somebody but are you over 21? if so insurance would have paid for a rental (even your own company, and been reimbursed later). Why aren't you pushing the claims rep to process the claim faster? my car was totaled and they sent out a check within 1 1/2 weeks because i pushed them. was this guy uninsured or something?

Im kinda new here since i got my 2 around thanksgiving, but for the record, I ordered a couple things from PhatBoyMR2 and they arrived in a reasonable manner exactly as he said they would be.

Maybe he could have been more forward with everyone about the accident so those who were buying stuff would know what the delay is, but if I was hit by a drunk driver and in and out of hospitals, my first concern would be my personal health. Online forum and atoning any messed up sales would come after wards... which would most likely be after everyone is really pissed off.

In this case it has been promise after promise and excuse after excuse regarding having the money from someone, or when they get paid, etc.

Also, the original $340 I paid with, they went ahead and spent it on their medical bills supposedly. That right there immediately put them in the hole 340 deep which they are being irresponsible in paying back.

Then after that he found out shipping was more than he expected so he delayed longer.

Keep in mind he had a FULL week and 2 days to ship out the item or advise me of his personal situation but DID NOT until AFTER I filed a paypal dispute which choked his accounts, then he used that as an excuse for not being able to ship them out.

Moderators - If any of the items I listed are out of line please advise accordingly as to how they be seen that way.

None of the items are a threat towards safety, well being, or physical health.

They are purely measures to advise & inform future potential buyers.

The longer this goes on with stories changing and the argument being onesided it begins to look more and more like a ripoff.

Sidenote, I'm in Atlanta 3-4 days a week, I'd gladly strip them from the 2 and arrange shipping if Mark is mentally/physically unable to do so, but I just don't feel that's the case.

I am the same age as you and I am such a noob, you're so right on that. I have no experience doing deals regarding car after-market parts and handling transactions amongst people involved in the car scene. My reputation is purely based on my low post count and fairly recent joining to MR2 boards/community compared to your awesome sales record and flawless rep.

I have 100% positive sales and reputation in the Houston car scene....
