Spin, just call the small claims court in the city he lives, I assume his bank is there, just sue him for property loss, lost wages, travel, and even punitive damges. Its a slam dunk case and maybe you just need to make an example out of it.

spin i am in school right now and won't be back in atlanta for a couple weeks or so...the quarter is actually 6 weeks long and i get a 2 week break so everything should be cleared up within 6 weeks and give me a grace period to get home and send out the skirts or the money

i apoligize for that post i made i was having a horrible day and wasn't on my meds. I wish this wouldve never had to end up like this but sometimes i put myself in a rut that it's hard to get out of. Spin i am very sorry about this situation and i will do the best of my power to make it right no matter how long it takes.

I have been watching this for the last couple months and i haven't commented but this has gotten extremely rediculous. You had no problem spending his money (which you've said contradicting stories as to what it was used for) but you expect him to wait even longer now even after he released your funds. PAY THE MAN HIS MONEY ALREADY!

Why do you continue to bend over backwards for this guy? He hasn't been honest with you from the start , what made you think he would be now? You should of never released his funds. Even if you never got your money at least you had the pleasure of knowing he couldn't get it either. GL although at this point it's gonna take more then luck to get your money back.

wow, i cant believe this is still going. spinfin, i have to say i admire your patience in this matter. i know 99.9% of us on this board would have taken further action a long time ago. phatboy, how can you even come back to this board knowing this is going on and everyone can see it. if i ever even came close to doing something like this, i would be to ashamed of myself to get back on here. spinfin has been more than accomidating and patient with you considering you circumstances but enough is enough. plain and simple.
brian, i dont know you but from chatting to you on the board and from what i have seen, you are one of the people who keep this board as great of a place as it is. i know this isnt your situation or problem but if you know phatboy personally, you know where he lives (or lived) and knew of the situation, couldnt you have gone and gotten the side skirts, shipped them and then gotten the shipping back from phatboy? again, i dont mean any rudness or anything at all like that. like i said, you are one of the people that keeps this board a great place for everyone and i thank you for that. i just feel that this could have been resolved in a much more timely manor and without the vast majority of issues if someone neutral could have stepped in and moderated. moderators, why hasnt phatboy been banned or blocked until this was resolved? i know its not my place but i would have blocked him at the end of may, over a month after the deal and not allowed him to post anymore until this was resolved. spinfin, again i hope this all works out for you and i feel that at this point, you should take legal action. you have more than enough evidence on your side that you would win without a question. good luck to all and i really hope phatboy steps up and is a man about this.
