I'd like to remain professional about it and not spread it throughout the threads they create or post in but rather concentrate on just leaving the whole issue in the feedback forum on that site, which I did post a thread as well earlier today.

This is unbelievable I wish you luck Spin, and as far as I am concerned the seller is a childish, unprofessional person, whom makes up excuses and demands sympathy. It makes me wonder if he even had these sideskirts? He apparently doesn't have an mr2 since his only mode of transport was that other car that got rear-ended.

Anyways, good luck with this Spin and I hope this ends well for you.

They didn't respond in it once.

It might seem repetitive to keep posting but fact of the matter is still no financial reimbursement. They are probably upset that their reputation has been affected to the publicity and revealing of their business practice and feel like it's ok to keep the money because of that.

Thief. Over 3 months with no product or return. Last Login was May 4th.

He has posted on their hometown forum that they did close their bank account registered with the paypal they had (most likely to avoid refund or going into negatives)

I shouldn't have to be investing anymore time, or more research, or bothering their friends, or calling from other phones.

I am being made a joke at this point after 4 months.

Scheduling to meet up with an officer today/tomorrow.

They have my name and address. No need for contacting or nothing. Just mail a cashier's check. If it's for $340, I'll know it's them. That simple. I'm suffering the consequences for another person's financial issues. wtf

My patience has been tested, and after 4 months I believe my only option was to contact authorities.

Just finished organizing a report (containing pictures, key PM proving agreements on price and info, payment receipts, etc) and filing a report against Mark Ulysse and turning it all into a kind officer than came to my residence.

Just have to give the law some time now and see what occurs..
