Well I have been lurking on this thread for a while, I offer you the same luck as others in getting this sorted Spinfin.
I would also like to point out to PhatBoyMR2 that you are lucky that you didn't strike someone that didn't have the patience or resolve to do what Spinfin has. If it were me I would not have waited 4 months nor would I be level headed about it I would be fuming and would be after you myself if the cops didn't get there first with a bat and some friends. I'm normally level headed but there are some things I won't stand for. You offer excuses like you are the only one with problems real or not and that makes you special, it doesn't and I have some choice words for people like you that I just won't say here. |

Spin, you are on the right track taking this to the authorities. keep on it, and do not contact this guy anymore. the police will probably also tell you to stop all communications with him, as from this point on, anything you say could turn against you, even though i dont think you would say/do anything that could turn this around on you. |

Wholey sh!t bro...
This sucks.. I just read the whole lot on all the sites.. And tell you the truth i would have been to the Police loooong ago.. And filing a claim.. Total rubbish..
