Does anyone know this member PhatBoyMR2 / herold ulysse I purchased a part from him (EGR) on Jan 30th 2009 he replied back to me once and never heard from him again after that! I've emailed him several times but no reply and no part received on my end. It's been over two weeks since he took my money and no item shipped to me yet!

Just a heads up don't send him your money for parts that's he's selling because you might not get your product that you purchased.

I just filed a Paypal claim against him for the part I never got and paid for.

well, check his post and see when was the last time he was online here. if he been on and not reply back to you. then, that would suck. and if he have not been online. then, something had happen to him. just my two cent..

Still no part or reply from him, it's okay I have filed a claim against him already on paypal. I'm not to worried now I'll get my money back one way or another either through paypal or my bank.

I needed the EGR for my 91 Turbo, my current egr leaks and he had one for my application I paid on the 30th on January he replied once and never heard back from him again after that.

Thanks all is good, i'm not pissed off at him just bummed, you know like anyone else who purchases something and I just want my product that I paid for.

I hope he is okay, he was moving but he told me that when I sent payment he would send it out next day 100% and that never happened, I called him left a message no reply, the last email he send me said he will get it out ASAP still no part, reply from him and so forth. Like I said no biggy I filed a claim already and that is in the works with paypal and my bank

I told you i got in a bad accident and i have been getting treatment in and out of hospitals, We have done business before but i'm telling you right now i am hurt and can't really do everything.....here is my car in the accident....i just came out of rehab for 1 week

Got hit by a drunk driver and it's a very long process dealing with the insurance, hospitals, rehab centers and on top of that i am moving to florida by this week...like i said i will give you your money back but don't ever do business with me again because you are not showing any sympathy at all....

i have your egr sitting right here packaged and ready to go but i don't have a ride because my car got totaled. Just don't ever do business with me again i have great feedback on both boards but right now i am going through a crisis.

First: You never told me you got into an accident, I Just checked the board and all my emails showing nothing about an accident, so that is why I never knew about your situation.

Like my previous post stated I'm not pissed, just bummed that I never got the product

Sorry about your accident. No hard feelings I'm just like anyone else no product no communication any buyer gets bummed out when they pay for something and no product for over a month? How would you feel? Thats all that I'm saying.
