Dealer Cost Car Audio

DealerCostCarAudio is pretty much a scam. I have been waiting for a shipment of Dynamat for 3 weeks now. When I called 1 week in asking for a tracking number, I got the "the shipment has been backed up but we should be getting it in in 2 days". 4 days later I call and get the exact same story. Now 3 weeks later I call and get the EXACT SAME STORY. Its all BS. If you call their phone number, the only way to get someone is to get the sales line, not customer service line; and every now and then it is a disconnected number.

Well I ask for an update today, and they say I "should" have a tracking number today because it will ship today, but just in case, it might take 2 more days

If I don't have a tracking number tonight, I am claiming fraud with my credit card.

Daym.. sorry to hear that.. Mark_Dorman sent me a link. Ask him where he got his from. They have a video of it and everything on their site.

I called today to check on my order - believe it or not it might not have been shipped yet! I wanted to speak to someone to cancel my order and get my money back. Guess what - the only manager isn't there.

I filed a claim with my bank and they gave me a temporary credit for the money that I spent. Hopefully my bank tears them a new ass.

My bank hasn't taken the money back and I haven't received anything from the place that ripped me off, so I think that I pretty much won. I did get my stuff from a different place (one with great reviews) and that all came in really quick. Now I just have to wait for the weather to clear up to finish my project......
