My recent experience with EMSPowered & Baktasht involved the best customer service that I have ever experienced with a vendor...period.

After confirming by phone (Spoke with the man himself on the first call...no answering machine or secretary) that they were in stock, I ordered a Harness bar from the website. It shipped same-day and arrived in ~4 business days.

I ran into a small problem with the installation, but Baktasht sorted things out with exemplary professionalism. Handling problems is the truest test of any vendor's acumen. He was very responsive to communications by phone, PM, and e-mail, and followed through with everything he said.

The product itself Fits well and, once the afore-mentioned problem was corrected, only took me about 15-20 minutes to install (taking my time). I've had positive comments about it from an ALMS-supporting race shop who I consulted with on harness placement.

Even if I could get a similar item for less elsewhere (which I'm fairly sure you can't), I would still buy it again from EMS purely because I know that I will be dealing with someone that takes their business and their products seriously.

Tash has been excellent to me. Even down to drawing little pictures on the boxes just cuz I like to see him do that extra 5 min of work for me, haha.

He's always gave me a heads-up on my order, shipping delays, manufacturing delays, etc. Just had to leave a message and he'd always get back with me. I do expect a christmas card now though lol.
