Thumbs up Aaron (Lithia Toyota/te51levin)

Aaron just plain rocks. I have bought tons of parts from him/Lithia Toyota and their prices rock. Usually shipping is cheaper than even paying sales tax here (dealership located in Oregon - they have no sales tax), and the prices are insanely better than prices on local items from the dealership.

Great prices, support, friendly attitude, and helps where/when he can. For instance there have been several times where I have went to go fix something and order everything but 1 gasket somewhere. He informs me that there is a gasket right there, explains it's location, gives me a cost, and asks if I want that as well. This has saved my ass a couple of times.

Recently I called and got the skinny on the TRD parts for the SW20 and had a discussion about the discontinuation of the sways/springs. He explained to me that he has been in talks with TRD and honestly didn't know what the outcome would be. He informed me that he had 1 set of springs left, a couple rear sways, and was unable to get any front sways at the current moment. He said that might change, but everything is looking unlikely. I bought the springs and rear swya at a great price from him, and he actually gave me the name of another dealership that had some. Here is a guy that hands out a number to a completely different, unafiliated dealership, just to help me get the part I need. Most places would just say we don't have it, and try back later.

Bottom line is he is a stand-up guy, extrememly good customer service/support, great prices, fast delivery, and has yet to ever get an order wrong (and I am in the couple thousands worth of parts so far). If you don't at least give him a call and see what he can do for ya, you're doing yourself a disservice. Thanks Aaron!

Wow. I'm flattered, dude. Thank you so much for that! It is a genuine pleasure and honor to be able to work with this community, and people like yourself are the reason I can say that. We have been doing this for a few years now and have not encountered a single customer that regret our decision to get involved. Maybe it goes without saying, but your support and loyalty are very much appreciated!

Agreed. Aaron, you're awesome. My local dealer can't even come close to the help you are able to give over the phone.

I finally opened that box for the window trim, looks great. Thanks for taking the extra time to UPS proof it.

Ya, fo sho! If you don't work at a dealership......you must contact Aaron for parts, or chances are you will get beat around the bush. Not many people are knowledgeable about our 'special' deuces!
