DO NOT BUY OR SELL TO eric peters...his email is seek167@hotmail.com and his address is slatington, PA 18080....he will try and rip you off....i sent him my ps pump and since he didnt pay for a tracking number and filed a dispute on paypal and got my account frozen He is a scammer and sent me email saying how does it feel you wont get your pump back and ill be getting my money back

Do you have a receipt from the shipper you used? Even if he didn't pay for a tracking number, whoever delivered it should be able to tell you whether it was delivered or not. They should be able to show that you purchased a shipping label to his address. Forward the email along with a copy of the message source (ip address, servers, ect.) to paypal. Stuff from the shipper could just show you mailed him a brick but the email might convince paypal to investigate this further rather than take someones word and call it a day.

What idiot gives you their address, steals something from you, lives in the same state, taunts you, and not expects someone to retaliate?

WTF??? Paypal is about useless in situations like this too. I was scammed by a guy in GA once, over a wireless router and some network cards. Just use my wife's paypal acct now.

It was roughly the same situation, minus the taunting. Getting Paypal to reverse a decision, even with blatant proof like you have, is next to impossible.

Paypal sucks. I got charged 3 times for 1 item and they wouldn't do anything about it so I had my bank do a chargeback. Paypal then froze my account and I had to talk the seller into eventually correcting the problem through paypal (which they did at their liesure of course), at which point Paypal charged my account again, only to refund it again a couple days later... If I hadn't bought the item on ebay and been able to prove that I only ordered 1 item, Paypal would have screwed me out of close to $500... bastards.
