Does anyone have a contact number for them? The only thing they have listed on their site is sales@ssautochrome.com and info@ssautochrome.com, neither of which they ever reply to. I've sent from various email accounts, and they are always disregarded. Anyone have any luck dealing with them? I'm trying to get a refund for a header that broke back in November after driving with it for 2000 miles.

I registered www.ssautochromesucks.com. As soon as I get a chance, I'm putting a page up. I hate that they ignore everyone that has a problem and they make it impossible to get in touch with them.

I have problem too with them and they dont want to refund or send me another item for the lost packaged

i've had bad experience also, sent me the wrong studs for their cheap manifolds. After months of exchanging emails and sending them pics of proof and proof of purchase etc.., they finally sent me some new studs that was still the wrong size. I just gave up. Horrible communication.

They are a terrible company and thrive on cheap knockoffs that are complete junk.

You guys can always file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That goes on their business record.

Link to all their info on BBB's website. There are a few complaints on there that have been reported as resolved. You may want to file and see if that will push them to fix the issue. Even if you don't use the replacement part, still file a report. If they are that crappy to deal with and their products are garbage you may help someone else from making a mistake and giving them any business.
