Sengk, Im transfering the money over to my pay-pal since i took it out already. That alone takes 3-4 days. Im still at work, and when i get home will get your tracking number. All you had to do is be patient, like I have been waiting for my car to be done from PA Auto Racing since December and he had $5k of my money. Patients.....

Looks like someone just left another poss feedback for me. Also i dont want to hear about these transactions in the future, or it will be like the mr2oc.com board and I will use a different user name and build myself back up. These will get taken care of.

I won’t leave negative feed back if everything goes smoothly. My paypal is setup for instant transfer so I didn't know that it took that long to send money. In that case I’ll give you more time.
Hey I’m sorry for being so impatient and sounding like an ******* but I’ve been burned before and it’s not fun dealing with that sort of stuff. I would like to think that you are doing your best to remedy the situation but that’s not always the case when dealing with people online and I know that if I don’t look out for myself no one else will.

So your telling me i havn't had patience??? lol.....it's been 8 days since i made the payment to u. And if it get;s mailed out today u figure at least another 3 days for delivery......i've been waiting. I didn't file a claim or ne thing. I've even been on your side a bit in here. If that's not patience i don't know what is. Please don't compare shipping one part that u have in your presence to ship, too pa warehouse that has numerous amounts of customers waiting for motors to arrive in pa from japan. It's totaly a different situation.

Started a dispute with paypal. This is what i said.

Seller refuses to show proof that he has shipped the item. After 10 days of sending payment i'm tired of the lies and no proof that item was shipped. After numerous attempts to try to get him to ship, i'm done trying to get my needed item. It is a used b&m real short shifter. I'm taking it that he does not have the item. He has numerous problems on mr2oc.com and mr2board.com . U can view more responses by people that have had problems with him here mr23rdgen . Since i am starting a dispute i am worried that if he does ship the item, it will be a bad not usable item or he will send me the a totally different WRONG item. <<<<please be aware that this COULD happen also.

They said i have up to 20 days to start a claim. I will only wiat a couple days before i file for this. I WILL NOT WAIT 20 DAYS. It's been long enough already. U can either send me my item....wich i do want. Or u can refund my money. If i don't get my exact item in good working condition ...i will file a appeal on the claim. AGAIN I AM SHOWING MY PATIENCE!!!!!!

^^^^it's good to know. Thanx guys i know you've helped the best yous could have. I feel in a way it's my fault for trusting him, and not taking notice of his fb. His fb was good but it was from the sellers, he was the buyer every time. I also didn't wait for pics. It just sucks cause it feels like the honest person always gets the ****ty end.

ok so I got a stupid question, the guy had basically said im going to come back under a diffrent name and in so many words said he'll be F'in people again. I dont want to know the method or tactics but, there are ways to keep low lifes like this guy from coming back and doing this to some other person right?

yeah, they just ban his IP address and not just his user name

I think thats how they do it.

Doesnt mean that he cant go to his local library or to a buddies house and get on.
