Strength of the 4A-GE Internals (all variations)

I've been trying to figure out what I'm going to need to do to the internals of my ST when I rebuild it for turbo. I was initially thinking to shoot for 200HP, but now I'm not too sure. I certainly won't be going over 350HP (and likely far below that), but I'd like to find out what the stock internals can handle with reasonable reliability before setting myself a target. I just spent the last 2.5 hrs trying to figure it out and I found a little, but to avoid confusion, I'm not gonna post it here.

Anyway, I think we need a sticky with it all in the same place. There are a lot of repeat threads with slightly different requests. No point in just doing it for the ST either, let's see if we can get it for ALL the 4A-GE engines.
