So I've got turbos littering the floor now it's insane they are not THAT bad, not perfect but for a common standard turbo they are capable enough.

a couple things...

1) i hve 2 turbos id like to sell. dont know the model numbers, but i know one has an internal wastegate and one is like a t3/t4

2) if you know how to modify the flanges... could you enlighten me? id like to put the t3/t4 on my 2 if at all possible. (the flange on the turbo is bigger than the flange on the header i have AND i need to extend it some. id like to run maybe 3lbs boost max and mostly run vacuum for gas mileage. any input would be greatly appreciated. dont mean to thread jack

i guessing you have like a t4oe or t4ob? so i think the hot side flange is 2.75 inch x4.50 right? whats the .ar it will be stamped just in side the top of the hot side at the top if its a ebay turbo its probubly a .48?

Well I came up with an adaptation plate that goes from ct26 to td04 if you can wait a day or so I can show pics it really wasn't that hard to make and you could have something similar made it is basically a tube that morphs shape from square to round and tapers at the same time I made it from heavy pipe and cut/welded it to do it. Also extended the length and mounted the turbo lower which is good.

EDIT: where do you get 3psi wastegate springs? that is insane low you maybe you could use the spring out of a pen in the wastegate lol

Garrett has a lot of 4 psi wastegates because they wont you to use a mbc or ebc so if it were to fale it defaults to 4 psi (no blown motor) but thats what they wont you to use on like a 8-10 psi set up i have 2 4psi wastegates from turbos i got from Garrett (i learned this info from the garret tech guy i talked to)

well new wastegate is ordered they say it will be here in 2-3 days if your wondering y im getting a new one its because i got it welding(uneven heat) and it cracked on to my new Q? im going to get the pipe for the roll cage but i need some ideas for weight reduction to off sent the extra weight of the cage (i have done almost every thing i can think of) remember it has to be legal enough to drive to the local track (first day of racing in 93 days yes im counting down)
