I have seen videos of cars rolling in Forza 3, and have not seen anything of the sort from footage of GT5. That, and they're not talking about their tire physics engine where as the Forza 3 developers are.

Additionally, I played Prolouge on my friend's PS3, and while it was better than GT4, I didn't think the physics were all that great.

As for your comment about Live for Speed tending to oversteer too much, that's not true... you're simply driving incorrectly.
either way thats still speculation, not fact. theres no proof that GT5 wont have those features. just because they dont talk about it, doesnt mean it wont be in there. Prologue wasnt perfect, it was merely a demo for those who couldnt stop complaining abougt GT5 taking too long. Forzas rolling looks like crap compared to other racing games, i remember seeing it and it looked really sketchy as if it was just put in there just to have it.

My biggest thing against GT5 is they where talking about it when I first heard of forza 2, months before it came out. And now they're about the release forza 3 and still no gt5. Plus, idk if they changed this in GT5 but all the other ones you couldn't mod your car like you can in forza. You could all the engine/suspension mods and all but thats it. Just go look at some of the paint jobs people can make on forza, its just way more intertaining to me. BTW The only part of almost any games I have now I still play is the online multiplayer so GT5 never having it makes me think it won't be very smooth. Like with forza 2 they learned what people wanted and are fixing it all for forza 3. GT5 has no experince with online like that.

Veyron. Having that car is enough for me to go buy the game when it's released. That and the demo is pretty win. In car camera for every car. That's a plus..

Maybe they've been reading mr2 forums and are going to allow v6 swap into the mk2?

Actually, GT5P has online multiplayer, so they've been able to use that for feedback and review. Also, has anyone seen or used the new G27 wheel? It supposedly uses helical gears instead of straight cut to reduce the noise you get when you turn it.

I was just about to sell my G25 and buy a G27 but then I read about it... Looks like the same exact wheel to me, with more wheel buttons and a shift light thing. Interesting... but I think I'll stick with my 25.

It's really not that noisy at all with the gears that it has.

Also, since it's probably the same exact hardware as the G25, it won't work on the 360. Ever. If they made the G27 work on the 360 then that would be a different story...

They aren't. The only logitech wheel that is compatible is the FX and it's gayness. Best to just stick with the Microsoft wheel.

Well, when they say the fanatech wheel is $480, they mean to say the wheel is $120 and the Porsche crest in the middle of it is $360.

haha. anyways, the wheel is a bit overpriced but some say its better than the G25. i personally havnt used any of those wheels but ive heard from other people that the Fanatec is one of the best out there and that you get what you pay for. however, i dont ever plan to buy one
