Gen 3 IDL set point

Does anyone know if the Gen 3 IDL set point is the same as a normal Gen 2 set point (i.e. the space to hold the throttle open off the throttle stop to set the IDL switch point)?

Toyota's setpoint is 1.5% throttle open, but the gauge thickness does vary from throttle body to throttle body do to dimentional factors of the stop location and throttle linkage....

So if someone knows the exact gauge thickness set point for a Gen 3, it would be greatly appreciated if you could let me know what it is.
