87 MR2 na not running right

First of all, I know that I have an oil leak somewhere, and have just been re-adding oil until I can get it fixed. Sometimes it gets low, and I do not always refill it right away. I have not been checking it on a regular basis like I should be, and at times has need 2 or more quarts added to fill it back up.
About a month ago, I forgot to put the oil cap back on and lost it.
Of course this means that I drove the car without it and oil sprayed everywhere. Needless to say, I replaced the oil cap.
That weekend, I decided to pull the plugs and clan them up until I can get some new ones.
When I pulled one of the plug wires, oil dripped from it! I looked down in the valley and there was a decent amount of oil in there from when I drove it without the oil cap.
I'm glad I noticed that before pulling any of the plugs. Only now, this means that I cannot pull any of the plugs until I get ALL of that oil out of there. What would happen if even a drop or two went down into the spark plug valley? Anyway, I sucked the oil out of one side of the valley (2 plugs), but then that old shop van broke, so oil should be still be in the other side. I say should be only cause I have not pulled the plug wires on the other side to look cause I was disgusted at the time.
Right before I out the new cap on, I added way to much oil to it.
After driving it for a few minutes, ALOT of white smoke came out of the engine bay!
Yesterday, when I got to work, when even slowly taking off in first gear, I could hear the valves clattering.
Also again this morning, there was white smoke coming out of the tailpipe. (This happens maybe once a week) It smelled a little sweet about 3 months ago, but at other times smells like the mixture is off.
There is still no sign of milky oil or oil in the radiator, but I am still losing water somewhere.
This morning, I noticed that when accelerating that my car was cutting out and hesitating pretty bad.
By the time I got here to work, it had almost died, and started making a crackling / growling sound when revving it up.

You obviously suffer from Adult Attention Deficit Disorder (A.D.D). Fortunately, there is a health food protein supplement called L-Tyrosine (this is a basic amino acid component of DNA) available at many grocery stores even. Take four 500 milligram capsules per day. This will improve your focus, concentration and short term memory to the point where you can take on the task of keeping a 20+ year old car running.

Unless you address your A.D.D. your Mr2 ownership will simply be an overwhelming mass of compounded errors and malfunctions.

P.S. I am not being mean, weird, or insincere.

I suffer from laziness.
Did you have any advice on what's going on with my 2?

Thanks!

A bit of oil dripping into the cylinder won't hurt anything unless it carries chunky debris with it (rocks, metal shavings, stuff that can scratch your cylinder walls). It'll just smoke a little when you first start up. Coolant loss, sweet smelling exhaust, white smoke and running poorly add up to head gasket problems. Very likely you ran out of oil, which caused you to overheat, which warped your head a little and caused the head gasket to fail. I'd go ahead and pull the spark plugs, do a compression test, and be prepared not to like what you find. If two adjacent cylinders have low compression, that confirms bad head gasket.
