You've gotten a lot of advice, let us know what you've tried and whether any of these things made a difference. I don't know yet if we can rule out AFM problems or plugged exhaust, or what you've found in your hunt for vacuum leaks. Also, test your O2 sensor, if it's giving a faulty reading it'll screw up your fuel mix as soon as the engine reaches operating temp. For test procedures, check out Oxygen Sensor Information

Can also test for vac leaks if you use wd-40, it will get the engine greasy, but a lot safer than holding a unlit brazing torch(no offense Jackstand).....also, check to make sure you dont have a crack in the tubing that connects the afm to the throttle body......But I would go with the vac leak.

^^ better than wd40... just use brake cleaner... it's flammable, so you will hear the idle jump up or down if there's a vacuum leak and brake cleaner is getting in. Plus it might clean some stuff off for ya while it's at it.
