A/C Light Flashing?

Can't remember what this is, and it isn't listed in the 89 BGB i have..Anyone assist? Car is a jap spec 4AGZE. Not my car, posting for someone else..

EDIT: Too distracted to get the model right the first time, sorry :/

Compressor speed not matching engine speed for a given amount of time.

Page 109 #5 1989 Electrical Service Manual.:

*when a large difference arises between the revoutions of the engine and the comperessor, operation of the amplifier causes the A/C Sw indicator light to blink.
Indicating a abnormality (4a-gze)

is there somewhere this electrical service manual can be obtained? I have an 89 BGB, Haynes manual, but thats it..
