Calling Toyota up on the phone gives you the same answer (within minutes)

There's a large Toyota customer service number that I don't remember at the moment, that'll tell you freely. However any dealership has the capabilities to look it up for you if you ask nice enough.

i think we should keep this under PM due to vin numbers are capable for thieves to know where you cars registered location is.
