nsx headlights on a stock body MR2 look ridiculously big. On a widebody it's a little better, but still doesn't flow that well with the body lines.

i not really like the fto lights... thhey look like their trying really hard (a little too hard) to look cool... i think purly visually, the rev 6s look the best...

to clerify, they make the mr2 look like a 288 ferrari = sex

Holy crap, that is awful!!! Looks like a 10 year old playing need for speed underground designed that ride. I hope someone from the board dericed that duece, cuz it needs a dericing. Hell, look at the how not flush everything fits on the back end. Like someone took a sledge hammer to the trunklid, before giving the customer his ride back.

I am in the process of making a sleepy headlight, thatll raise about 3 3/4" instead of 6". and if all works out when its done, it will cost less than 100 bucks for me in the end. I figure if the cost of brand new H4 bulbs from PIAA are 50 bucks, than whats 45 more for the sleepy headlight conversion.

I think something like a 300zx-type conversion would look SWEET. Best flush one for sure.

naw, I think 300zx-type lights would still look cool, lol. Of course not as wide, but the same design, just made to fit the size of the MR2.

It's a great looking two.
Those are the ones that used to be on the Beast. The owner abandoned them infavor of some other costom ones which are lighter and provide better light. It seems the owner is selling the car now, adn has removed the older pictures form the site...

Anyway, they are pretty easy and cheap to make, and look better if you don't paint the aluminium housing black IMO. The hardest part about making them is finding someone with a box bending thing (excuse my technical speak  ).
