I figure we need pics of these to discuss them, so, here they are.
The revision 6 system: I'm actually working on setting up a GB for these. ![]() Last edited by turboguy; 11-09-2005 at 04:44 PM. |

My favorite by far is the Revision 6 lowrise quad kit by Rogue Systems. It has a Ferrari-esque feel to it. Also, it just looks much better than the 6054 barndoor sealed beam from the factory. Lowrise kits give a better beam pattern and more illumination than most flushmounts mainly because how shallow the slope on the front of an MR2 is. Unless someone makes a flushmount kit like that for the RX-7 where it sticks up above the hood line a little, it will probably remain that way.
The other advantage is the conversions (NSX, FTO, 3000GT) take thousands of dollars in getting the parts, custom body work, and the paint. |

I like the rev 6s alot.
There's also a guy that makes new rods that simply make the lights rise lower, for use with shorter sealed beam units. IIRC, they're ~$80-100 edit tam dihn makes them. I think that's his SN as well. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
