My about to wife soon drives a 2008 scion tc, I have a 93 n/a 2. We havent raced yet but now i think I mite have to see what will happen between both of them. This thread has me interested. The only problem is she has a manual that she dosnt really no how to race so I would have major advantage. Maybe I could hook up a gtech to both cars with me driving and tell that way?

as of right now, my wifes NEW car is faster than my 2. she just traded in her 03 lancer es for an 09 lancer gts. its not an evo but its turbo fwd. i drove it home from work the other day after i put a few bolt-ons to it. i would have to say that i was actually impressed. the old lancer we had didnt even feel like it was moving.....even after intake, headers, exhaust, pulleys, flywheel, etc. the new one got an intake, downpipe, and exhaust and it screams compared to stock. the only bad thing is the weight. kinda heavy. i'll have to race her when my car is done. im working on my 5sfte conversion right now so the car wont even drive but im curious to the amount of power i'll be putting down. especially compared to the weight of the vehicle. im interested in seeing what the outcome will be.

if you learn early and pay attention from the guys who have been married for a while, you can keep yourself away from things like that.....but women are just that, women.....you cant please them 100% of the time.

well yes and no...my 100% stock '91 N/A would absolutely smoke my ex-boyfriend's car...but now I would be completely owned by my moms

ex-bf: 1996 Honda Accord (4-cyl.)
mom: 2004 BMW 330ci (6-speed SMG)

Well, my girlfriend has a 1987 T-bar (aka MRS. 2), and I have a 89 sunroof MR2. And since mine bogs a bit her car is faster. Then it gets worse, her other car is a GMC Envoy which is faster still....Now before you revoke my man card I do have a evil blue oval 05 stang that runs low 13s, but it's booger lime green so points off for having a "Chick" color.

my GF has a PT loser so, i think my saturn is faster LOL
when you put the PT in cruise on long trips the motor randomly
redlines up hills so, super quick......

'91 N/A T-Top vs '02 Celica GT-S

I think my 2's torque would be overwhelming, but I don't think it'll go 140 . . . So, faster how? :P

My girlfriend hasn't practiced aggressive driving a lot, so I like my chances in either car.

realistically? no. im paying for it.

03 cobra. pulley, CAI, long tubes, catback. about 475 RWHP.

sadly...its faster than everything i have except my gutted stealth....and until i crank up the boost its real close.
