mmm i know this a noob question but how would the sound of a oem turbo muffler sound on a NA (CA cat)? my cousin says he has his 91 mr2 turbo muffler in his backyard still (after he changed to greddy)

Makes the car a little louder. Sounds good though and is less restrictive IIRC. You will need an adapter though. They run $50 I think. I say do it

The NA without a muffler and just downpipe and aftermarket header is extremely loud. Loud enough to run through your neighborhood at night for fun.

If you unbolt the exhaust on an N/A and leave the cat in place, it's not terrible loud (but definitely a lot louder than stock) and not terribly annoying either.
