depends on the car. i dont think the 2nd gen can pull it off. First gen maybe? lot of S13s run sleepy/lazy eyes, i think that doesn't look all bad.

Rev 6 got it right. Otherwise makes the car look like it needs a doctor, or going to puke all over the road.

I'd take the one that doesn't have cut springs or a painted black hood.

And then I'd put a stock wing on it... and paint it the factory color... and get some different wheels... and get a lip that isn't broken... and get fog lights...

Older cars with a more box shape (Corolla, mk1 MR2) could pull this off a lot better. The MR2s headlights are too far back behind the bumper for the sleepy eye look to look decent. Also consider this, if side mirrors cause 5%-6% drag on the aerodynamics, consider the headlights will do the same thing. In a word, worse gas mileage.

One mod I see done to RX-7s, has lowbeams (dayrunners?) removed from the front bumper, and the main headlights show right through.

The angry car look may very well work on the MR2.

It looks nice, theres nothing wrong with it, also some people are just to poor or actually prefer this over the rev6, I mean they are hell of sick but so freaking expensive, with that money I rather waste it on a power mod

I like what you've done with the lower edge of the radiator opening on the front. Blacked-out looks like it works pretty well there. Do you have any pics of the whole car to put it in context?

To respond to the thread: IMO sleepy eyes = "I couldn't afford a rev-6 style low-rise kit, so I played with my knob in stead"

I just have better things to do than **** around with perfectly functional headlights.

I wasnt saying there was anything wrong with it. I am one of those poor boys that would buy power parts and then do this. I was just saying the poll is undecided.

I wasn't meaning this towards you, it was towards that people that think it's rice, I don't see how.
