link isn't working anymore, but I would say unless the motor has been rebuilt (etc) that the price may be a bit high...
the alltrac's are a PITA to work on... they can also be found relatively inexpensively if you know what you're looking for.... friend picked his up a couple years ago for $2200... it's an 88....had a Toyota rebuilt motor in it, TRD exhaust, and Greddy adjustable boost controller (electronic) and a turbo timer.... However, even with the new motor it still has problems and he's had to pull the motor 2 or 3 times.... which getting the trans on can be a pain..... he also has the added bonus of each time he pulls the turbo he has to replace a specific gasket -- which nobody sells individually and you have to replace each time... toyota sells the kit for like $120 he's debating 1 of 2 things.... sell it.... or do the rav4 trans/v6 swap..... he claims it's a fast car (although up to 100mph it's slower than my aw11 w/ 4agze and C series) but just doesn't feel right for racing.... he is also an AW11 owner, so you can probably understand where he's coming from in terms of "fun to race" factor. |

Well, most All-Trac owners know what they have and jack the price on them. It's crazy seeing 1990 ST185s with 185,xxx Mi with issues and rust go for 5-7k. I would love to add one to the family and almost got one before my MR2, but i hear they do have a bit of maintainence to keep up on. But i would say it's worth it because they are awesome ass cars!

All they need are quality diff's, driveshaft's and a sturdy clutch, it's not rocket science it's just a drain on the wallet.
