you def should post pics, your car might be worth that much but alot of people won't be interested based on just the milage and the price. 40k miles for an 85 means it could be in pretty damn nice condition but pics will give you a far easier sale! GLWS

These NA cars in that shape pop up a couple times a year... I can guarantee you that if you look at the comps, yours is nothing special to warrant your asking price. They typically go for $5500-$6500 tops for a showroom mint (not garaged - SHOWROOM) quality bone stock MR2. You wont sell it on an enthusiasts forum for that either... all you will get is pic requests. You need eBay for the exposure and highest chance for a sale. The flip side to a low mileage car is that you better have some documentation to prove it didnt sit and rot most of its life; as a very low mileage car that sat in a garage is likely neglected and can easily be in worse shape and need more repair than a higher mileage weekend driver.

Oh yeah, I remember that Mk1 now... 8000 is still a wet dream. That car would be lucky to break $5k on ebay.
Dont know about what a realistic value of the 95 is but I am guessing its MUCH less than 12k.... I have seen some REALLY nice modded MK2 for $8k... not 95 but still .... |

Either a really cool grandmother or a mis-print. I don't know any grandparents that would get into a MKI but....
