im 21 bought my mr2 when I was 19 and I got a good amount done: apexi intake, apexi exhaust, apexi intercooler(replacing with a trunk mount), building a new motor JE pistons, eagle rods, HKS cams, port/polished head, gt35r, DRT intake manifold w/ 70mm accufab TB,TRD lsd, corbeau clubman seats, a prefect power stand alone engine management, and a lot of little things.

From the list of mods you are safe to assume that this is a weekend car not a dd; although it would be an amazing dd.

32 Years young and have only gotten my 91 NA deuce 6 months ago. Believe it or not, my buddy was moving to the UK and needed to rid of his car...got it for $800 with 159K on it, and everything works including the AC!

I actually got it so I can decomission my Civic HB and make it a project, but now I'm sorta rethinking it...the 2 has so much more potential.

25...im not old yet but i do have a large mortgage and an ex-wife.
bought a early 92 red turbo ttop when i was 18 with 62K on it, for 8500. in 6 months i dropped 7K into it and shortly there after lost my license and had to sell it. 105 in a 55 racing a corvette...yes i did 2 days in jail for that one.

last yeat i acquired my 91 white 2 (previously n/a) from an unsuspecting victim. he "wrecked" it ( bent wheel, and broke his exhaust) and decided he couldnt afford to repair it. so i "stole" it from him for $1200. it had 105K on it and ran perfect with and a new wheel and b-pipe.
i swapped in a usdm 3sgte and burned off 2 sets of rear tires in 7500 miles and got bored of the 3s power

Now it is receiving a 600-650 hp 1mzfe (when Weasy makes the internals available) makeover!

list of current mods:

jdm tein super-racing coilovers
ST swaybar set
energy sus. bushings
tanabe front and rear upper and lower tiebars
sparco steering wheel, shift knob, pedals, and seats
93 turbo brakes all around with ebc pads
stock external except for 93 wheels painted bronze wraped with hoosiers(yes this is a track car)

soon-to-be mods are:

95 1mzfe
gt3076R...may not get 650 from it but i already have this turbo so it will have to do...
custom cams
3sgte ferrea valves
custom spring/retainers
1zz shimless buckets
custom intake mani
custom exhaust manifolds and collector pipe
A2W intercooler or large TMIC(undecided)
4"DP to 4" single output exhaust
hydra nemesis ems
frunk mounted fuel cell
custom pistons
custom rods
arp everything
cometic Headgaskets?!?!?!(Weasy?)
solara trans with quaife lsd
trying to find a way to use the exedy twinplate
ats cv's

and a serious rollcage. thats all i can think of....

i also have a 1986 jdm 7mgte-powered toyota pickup 4x4 lockers front and rear with a custom viscous t-case, 7 inches of lift and 33/12.50/15 bfg m/t. 305rwhp. Dubbed, corvette killer!

and when im 40...50 i will have the same kind of wild ass cars/trucks as i do now!!!!

24. its like my millionth mr2, currently own a 91na. i have trd springs and sways, illuminas, volk 16x7 and 16x8 GTP's on fk451/2, my tower braces, my short shifter, urethane bushings, a heavily ported and shaved head, fidanza flywheel, my 2.5 b-pipe, a little seam welding.. 93 lip, fully color matched, 94 spoiler (just welded the holes today, damn that sucked). im one of the few with an na that runs great and isnt stock also have an intake, header, exhaust, supercharger, 1mm OS valves, another ported head, and probably some more random performance crap stuffed in the garage that may or may not ever be installed.

I'm 20 with the mentality of a 30-35 year old. What age bracket should I vote?

I no longer own a drivable mr2 as the majority of the members know this..

However, I am looking to buy a pimp ass 4dr Jetta! w00t!

I'll have another mr2 within the next calender year.
